Living/dining room: Wood burner, Smart TV, large leather sofa and dining area. Access via patio doors to outdoor decked area beside stream.

Kitchen: Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedroom 1: Kingsize bed and en-suite shower with shower cubicle, toilet & basin.

Bedroom 2: Standard double bed.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower, toilet & basin.

FAQs

  • There’s a minimum stay of 3 nights from April to October. From November to March we may be able to accommodate 2 night stays, please get in touch to discuss.

  • As much as we love dogs, we have a cat who roams our land freely as well as two pigs in our field. Therefore we’re unable to have dogs come and stay.

  • It costs around £296 per night in peak season and as little as £191 per night off peak depending on check in days. Keep an eye out for special offers on Facebook, Instagram and right here on our website.

  • Yes. We welcome families with children of all ages. There’s plenty to explore on our land including the stream which you can access. We also have our two pigs Patrick & Arnold who love to be fed your leftover food. Of course, children should be supervised at all times.

  • You can arrive any time from 3pm onwards on the day of your booking. Check-out time is 10am.

    If you need to check-in before 3pm, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
